How long has it been,
Since we last saw each other?
Long enough for the shadows to collect,
In the scenery.

Waiting next to the light,
The cold air brushing past,
Making me miss,
Your warmth.

How long will it be,
For you to get here?
Long enough for the sun to set,
Behind the trees.

The light flickers,
As the bulb struggles,
To hold itself together,
To keep the light coming.

How long have I sat here,
Waiting for your voice?
Long enough for me to barely remember,
Our previous good-bye.

The moon rises above me,
And lights a hidden part of the world,
Where I find you standing,
Smiling.

How long were you there,
Watching me wait for you,
Knowing that I cared enough,
To see you?

It didn’t take long for me to reach you,
To grasp you in my arms.
It didn’t take long for me to tell you,
That I would never let you leave me again.
It didn’t take long for me to tell you,
That I love you.

You're intoxicated by my very prescence.

Amazingly emotional. show's a lot of passion, clearly.
