Beautiful women,
Tall,

Thin,

And graceful.
The catwalk sprawled out in front of her
Lights flashing,
She is in a meadow of twinkling stars,

As she walks she gains a rhythm,
A unique patter of walking,
Every thing moves in waves.

Like a glass lake,
That you have just thrown a pebble into,
It all seems to ripple.
As she sways,
Everything becoming one,

Her once long shimmering hair,
Now thin pieces of thread.
Her once perfect body,
Now flimsy cuts of fabric.
Her once gleaming eyes
Now sequins shimmering,
with the spirit of what once was.
