I know your secret,
Boy I know your game.
The way you play all these girls because you only want one thing,
And you think deep down that I’m the one who holds the key.
The key to all that you want,
The pleasure of what you need.

Take down all that you wanted
Everything that went away
Cause I know that all these plans we make
They won’t come true
They’ll just fade away
So will just pretend their true
Pretend everything that we ever knew will stay the same
Cause we all pretenders
Pretenders of fate

Can I say "awesomeness!"? what really drew me to the poem was the title - awesomeness, by the way - and when I read it, I was like "whoah! this is really good! this is different!" I like your writing style. keep it up, you're really good. :)

i really like your poem! its very thoughtful. there are a few grammar mistakes, but other than that, i really like the way you think (its unique, different from the whole heartbreak sob story others write about). great work :) comment back please!

this poem is so true. it is what every girl thinks when a guy mentions that one thing.
