love with music

Passions belong to no meaning
Breath cannot be equipped with air
Sea fills earth without water
Sails feel no wind to guide them

I freeze without your warmth
Distance lengthens when time passes
Voices sound too strange
Memories fade down the hourglass

The feel of black keeps you alive
Soft upon my silk sleeping skin
Teeth shine at memory of the exchange
Arms to warmth and voice to song

Loving with music though far away
Holding with threads every night
I’m waiting for the next sunrise
For each one brings me closer to you
