The End Of Heartache
June 1, 2009
It started with pain,
then turned to misery,
and ended with darkness,
here’s my story.
A heart broken,
a soul lost,
my tears turned to blood,
I cry,
I cut,
still only to end
the pain I now feel.
I stand alone
gun to my head
one bullet,
one life,
one heart.
And as I stand here
I think back
to you and me
about what used to be...
the trigger pulled,
the pain is gone
now only darkness remains
for it’s the end of heartache.
