My lifeline
Is a lonely lane,
Lined with palm trees,
Along the ocean,
Where the sunset's rays
Touch the waves
With glimmers of gold.
It takes me away from
My anger,
My stress,
My responsibilities,
Those who love me,
And those who don't.
It brings me to
A new beginning,
A new hope,
Where I can live my life
Without distractions.
Where I can be free,
Along with my dreams
That will finally come true.
