Truth

I know it aches in you,
to not know the truth,
but I need you the most right now.
To keep strong and stay by my side;
encourage me;
help me;
understand what I’m feeling.
If I tell you now,
it will only hurt worse.
All I can say is I’m sorry,
the truth will hurt worse.

I had to write a letter to someone about what they had done for me or how I felt about them. While I was working on it an idea had popped into my mind about truth. Most of the time I rhyme in poems, but I found not rhyming interresting. Hope you like it! Peace:)

Hey, very nice poem there! Interesting enough to make me reread it 3 times (: I'm trying to figure out exactly what the truth is but it's cool that there's some mystery in it. And yes, not rhyming is as good as rhyming (:
