A day, a week, a month goes by.
I wonder if you remember me.
I remember you.
I still see you.
I still hear you.
I still feel your presence.
Twelve months, a year has gone by.
I’m sure you don’t remember me.
I remember you.
Your picture is still etched into my mind.
Your voice still rings in my ears.
Your lasting touch still burns my skin.
Now I’ve lost count of the time that has passed.
But I wonder, I hope
Do you remember me?
I know I will always remember you.
