Hazel
His hazel eyes-
Those incandescent eyes-
That watch me,
That say they love me.
Hazel eyes
Hazel- what a weak ugly word for the colors of his eyes,
Those eyes that smile,
Those eyes that say they love me.
Brown and green,
Honey and Emerald,
The colors, the beutiful nameless colors,
Those eyes that say they love me,
Those colors forever fighting
Brown or green, Green or brown,
Like his soul forever fighting, good or bad, bad or good.
Like his that say they love me.
His lips dont say they love me,
His eyes, like his lips, stopped speaking,
And the hazel eyes that once said they loved me,
His eyes that no longer love me.
