Big golden eye in the sky
Watching us in habit
Beautiful rays will fly
Streaming through the trees.....fits
The second essence of life
Sight protects us from the shadows within
Cutting, pruning our happiness with a blazing knife
Ra saves us as we sin
We worship him in exchange
His solar flares enchant us
He’s in our darkest days of sadness
Many are terrified of his opposite
The people who aren’t are shunned
Balance..........except in our hearts

I wrote this at one of the many local beaches, in my hometown. This is where I find most of my inspiration to write.
