Forgiven but not Forgotten

You've left me with bruises and scars,
You gave me great gifts of pain,
I wish you never lied to me,
but now it's finally over,
You have passed away from this world,
and I have forgiven all your mistakes,
My childhood isn't filled with bliss,
instead with sadness and your never ending kicks,
As I say this last goodbye,
know that you are forgiven,
But your actions,
will never be...forgotten.
