Old friends go, new ones come,
But the mark they left will never go numb.
The changes they made in your life,
Will help you grow and see a new light.
As the days grow longer and longer,
You will only get stronger and stronger.
Not in strength but as in mind, only because they were oh so kind
So when the chance comes for you to fly,
Spread your wings and say goodbye,
But only to those you will be leaving and say hello,
To those you will be receiving.
