My Little Sister
When you were born I held your hand
Held it tightly enclosed in mine.
It was then I had planned,
That you,Little Sister,were one of a kind.
As I waited the days until mom brought you home,
I was locked away in my room.
I promised myself that you would never be alone.
That was so long ago it almost seems too soon.
Now that I have gotten to know you with all of my heart,
I see what a wonderful, loving sister you can be.
&& distance could never grow us apart.
I hope you can see how happy you make me..
A special place for you is now in my heart locked inside a tin,
I will forever love you, my Little Sister.
