Light Ballet
Seeing light ploy across our faces
They can watch us light up
And illuminate within our casings;
Through the haze that wants to control our minds
We won’t rebel, We’ll soak it up
And become redefined
We Inhale slowly until we’re surrounded
As reassurance we’re still solid
‘Cause breathing is the only thing that keeps us grounded;
While we’re high from the movement of light
We’ll watch sound wallow over the air
And allow our locked minds to ignite;
When we speak the unspeakable
Despite your conscience afflicted
We reach the unreachable;
And as our light dulls and is seized
We’ll walk unvarnished,
Your cabinet foul and diseased.
