Crystal tears fall
As the willow cry’s;
She sees the red, blue embers
Burning the trees around.
Waves of defeat drown her cries.
The bear, the deer, the wolves, and the birds
Flee from the wretched world.
Cry willow; cry willow
For all your brethren
That has fallen.
Cry Willow,
With your tears running down
Like rain.
Cry willow with your
Sun-lighted frown.
Cry Willow.

How can a willow cry? It's a tree! How can it be defeated? Why would a tree's brothers fall? How is the world wretched?
