Oh, poetry,
Why must you sadden me so?

It can be seen clearly
That while you might be a friend
And while many hold you dearly
You must meet your end
Because I cannot write you—
This is true.

So to kill what others think is cool
I will write about my school:

A school color of mine is black
Dark like the silent night.
A companion this color does lack
For without it there would be no light.

The other color is orange
Like jumpsuits from the county jail
:(
Nothing rhymes with orange.

This is a humorous glance at the colorful nature of poetry. Also, I will make it my eternal life's quest to comb the world in order to find a word that rhymes with orange.
