With the common perception of cliquey groups
There’s a big time fault, and here’s the scoop
Getting along with people is easier than you think
Just be yourself and stay in sync
Too many people try to impress
When it always turns out being a mess
No one enjoys a posing pretender
So the act you’re putting on better surrender
Be yourself and embrace a friendship
Then wind it up and let her rip
An awkward tension leads to exclusion
Be yourself and avoid confusion
These ways will terminate segregation
And give new friendships a solid foundation
