Ever since the seed was planted
People have seen me grow
I started out as nothing, and no one could see me
Then one day I popped out of the ground
Even though I was small I still mattered a lot to people
I have grown over seasons, and that’s where I am today
There are seasons I lose leaves, but they come back
At last I work my way to the top
To touch the sky!
