The sun shines on the water,
With a glistening sparkle,
The waves crash on my feet,
As they sink into the sand,
A shell lands on your toes,
As you pick it up,
It’s an unbroken, pure white,
Sand dollar with small,
Grains of sand surround the edges,
The heat slowly fading,
With the blinding,
Orange light of the sun,
You can feel the gentle, warm, wind,
Tugging at your hair,
You can smell the salty, tang,
In the humid air,
And the people around you,
Going on about silly things,
And all you care about,
Is where you are…?
In paradise.
