So Many
So many brave men and women die
So many innocent children cry
So many mothers’ hearts break
For thousands, it will be too late
But if we can save just one life
From pain… anger… and strife
Then why not hold out a helping hand
So the many fallen may stand
They stand for freedom
And the struggles we face
And the things that aren’t so great about this place
But maybe one day when we look around
There will be no one left lying on the ground
