I Am Poem
I am dull and vague.
I wonder if I will ever shine bright colors.
I hear the music of eternal love.
I see unicorns full of bliss.
I want to be all the things I am not.
I am dull and vague.
I pretend to be something I am not.
I feel the warmth of a rainbow.
I touch another person's dull and vague heart.
I worry I will never shine like the heavenly stars.
I cry for me and my lifeless colors.
I am dull and vague.
I understand that I am plain and simple.
I say there can always be change.
I dream of a brighter life each day.
I try to reach for the colors I see.
I hope to be my own savior.
I am dull and vague.
