If I were in charge of myself
I would be the best person I could be.
If I were in charge of my house
I would help my family love each other even more.
If I were in charge of my school
I would raise my classmates’ test scores.
If I were in charge of my city
I would aid local victims of the economic crisis.
If I were in charge of my state
I would increase automobile and energy standards.
If I were in charge of my country
I would bring healthcare to everyone who needs it.
And if I were in charge of the world
I would make my people care.
