I can almost see where the water
Rushes to meet the sky
Walking with barefeet in the sand
Soaking up the sun
Having fun at the beach
Beneath the clouds.

There aren't many clouds
Out here by the water
While we're laying at the beach.
I'm looking up towards the sky
-I can see the sun-
With my feet in the sand.

With my feet in the sand
And my head in the clouds
The bright orange sun
Reflects off the water
and into the sky
Making a perfect sunset at the beach.

Having fun at the beach
Playing in the sand
There's a kite in the sky
and no more clouds
There's no more people in the water
And there's no more sun.

The moon has replaced the sun
It's time to leave the beach.
It's too cold to go in the water
And noone wants to play in the sand.
I'm starting to see the clouds
Appear up in the sky.

I'm tired of looking at the sky
I'm sad there's no more sun
All i see is clouds
I had fun today at the beach
Playing in the sand
And swimming in the water.

Today at the beach I layed in the sand
And watched as the water mimicked the sky
And how the clouds stayed clear of the sun.
