I used to be outgoing,
With a smile on my face.
I used to laugh and giggle,
And my heart used to race.
I used to sing and dance around,
But now I'm silenced and still.
I used to be a happy girl,
But then I became "ill".
I used to have so much to say,
And I had so much to give.
But now I remain silent,
With a shattered life to live.
I used to have words in my head,
I used to sing a song.
There was so much inside of me,
And now it's all gone.
I used to be outgoing,
With a smile on my face.
I used to laugh and giggle,
Then this monster took my place.
