The Broken Friend
I thought you were my friend,
I trusted and respected you.
But you talked about me behind my back,
I thought you were my friend.
I thought you were my friend,
I thought that I could tell you anything.
The tears that you made me cry prove me wrong,
I thought you were my friend.
I thought you were my friend,
I tried to help you out.
But you only needed me to get what you wanted,
I thought you were my friend
You think that we are friends,
You need to think again.
Broken promises and now a broken friendship,
Guess what I’m not your friend.
