For the Love...
Mirror, mirror, on the wall
said she wasn't fair at all.
She fell into deep despair,
further past her fair share.
Compelled by desperate urge,
she began to binge and purge.
Feeling relieved, she did not see,
how much trouble this would soon be.
Sometimes falling to the floor,
her weakness showed so much more:
veins crawling up her legs,
"Mirror, mirror, please!" She begs.
Still, it says she won't suffice.
And so continues the sacrifice.
She hides the food on her plate.
When they notice, it will be too late.
Mirror, mirror, on the wall
tells her she's the fairest of them all.
But it is only she who knows,
because in the reflection, a skeleton shows.
