Lighthouse

You are my lighthouse,
you tell me when danger creeps closer,
waiting to take me down.

You are the current,
that tows me back to the shore,
when my ship has fallen.

I am the ship that does not float,
that sinks away in the deep blue sea,
waiting for someone to help me, silently,

I am the hurricane that causes my fall,
I myself am a shipwreck,
destroying and bringing new life back to my self.

You and I complete each other,
you are my other half,
the missing part of me.

Together we create an equalizer,
to help those who are shipwrecked find land,
and to help those who are the lighthouse shine their beams.

Good poem, but you make yourself seem kind of ... I don't know ... bad.

Also, you have my name.
