I Love You Too
You are the shining star
that brightens my day.
You are the shining moon
that brightens my nights.
You are the flower I adore
and the beauty that comes
with it.
You are the rain that washes
away my worries and fills
my heart with a young woman
whispering, "everything is going
to be alright."
You are the love that I
did not have and the love
that remains blind,
yet,
the most noticeable part
of my life.
You are the one that says,
"I hate you," but in reality
never does.
You are the mother to my
child,
and the mother to my affection.
I am the one that loves you,
and you are the one that
tells me, "I love you too."
