I Am Fire
I am fire,
Ever changing, force of nature,
Passionate and determined,
When controlled, warm and inviting,
When enflamed, precarious and dangerous
Always cunning, tricky to the end,
My flames may be temporarily extinguished,
But I shall never disappear forever.
Even when I’m not in sight,
I’m always in your mind.
I’m put to use everywhere,
In your kitchen,
In your school,
In the campgrounds on your last vacation.
I am fire.
