How many more ambulances need to be called, before they even act appalled.

How many more black coats need to be bought, before they even give it a second thought.

How many more flowers have to be placed, before they even look at the problem in the face.

How many more babies need to ask "why isn't daddy home", before they even try to make the streets a safe zone.

How many more bodies have to lie on the floor, before they even make a law.

Every time they sell a gun, someone loses a son.

Every time they sell a bullet, some idiot is gonna pull it.

Every time they pull a trigger, a child won't grow any bigger. 

Every time there is a shot, it will leave a red spot.

Safety is a human right a gun, is not. So when is it going to stop?
