Who am I?

Sometimes I am rose red—
cheery and collected,
laughing and lively,
bubbly and bright.
But sometimes I am fog grey—
stressed and silent,
anxious and abrupt,
impatient and impulsive.
But even on a rainy day,
a red rose can shine through
any
fog.
