Sitting in the sun,
playing games and telling stories,
times like these we will never forget,
We sit out watching the sun set,
when it gets dark blankets cover our bodies with the heater warming our faces,
the light is gone but our smiles light up the space,
we sit outside not keeping track of time,
if only every scond was spent with my favorite people,
mom,dad,and sisters,
on my favorite occasion special family comes to visit,
when the sun goes away and the rain comes out to play,
we take our turns inside and hope for light,
when it comes back around,
the rains gone, no sound,
but the chatter and lauphter of my family sitting out in the sun.
