No one suspected
No one cared
No one questioned
Why the girl with the brown hair
was always calm and collected
She kept her feelings sown in tight
always afraid of her dreams at night
She kept her fingers crossed until sun rise
it took away her sleepless eyes
it never took her by surprise
cause she was in daylight
