The love on one is far too strong for me
Thou smile is all that is required
To always keep the love burning for thee
Your love is all that I have desired
So I lay here asking myself over
If the love between thou and I is right
I hope the love I show doth not drive her
Into the arms of another during the night
The shine of the moon is not as pretty
I would gladly put my life on the line
With a dagger in hand, here it’s ready
For a kiss that would have us to combine
In marriage with holy matrimony
And spending the rest of our lives happy
