How can I love you
When I'm not even with you?
Why must I cry at night
Because you couldnt act right?
Do you deserve to be treated like a king
When you don't even have a queen?
Where do I find the courage to carry on
When my life will be spent alone?
We've hurt each other time after time
Through cheating and lying and monogamous crimes.
Hopefully at another place, or in another time
Things will reverse and turn out fine.
But until my last tear is cried,
Or my final thought has died
I can only feel guilty for the oh so many lies. . .
