Floating high in the sky,
Sat a little angel who had an early goodbye
As a child she sat wondering why
But now her feeble dreams seem clear
Young as she, she lived off fear
Yet, now a little beyond the clouds
She glides gently with purpose and solemn joy, too
For she realizes she can watch over you
When you no longer feel the love,
Remember the little angels from above.

The author's comments:
I realized some things that I had always known, but temporairly forgot: be yourself when nobody is looking, have the courage to be different, and most importantly when things get tough stick it through; they get better 99.9 percent of the time. And if all else fails, find someone you can trust, someone that can make you laugh, or just make your day better. Don't always expect it to be in the most obvious places.€
