Enemies sneak up but I’m prepared,
Helmet of salvation,
Sword of the spirit,
Shield of faith,
Bring it Satan,
I say the name of Jesus and instantly the enemy crumbles,
He can’t stand the challenge,
He hates that you desire God and his love,
He hates the fact you’re not falling for his sinful acts,
He can’t stand it,
But the enemy knows our weak spots,
He knows the best time to get us,
He knows when we aren’t at our highest with God.
If you fall know that God is one step away.
He never leaves,
When he calls you the third time,
He’s in the same place as when he called you the first time…
Surrender yourself to the one, who gave you life,
Who chose your name? Who knows the hairs on your head and placed the calling on your life.
For he gave his one and only son,
To die for us,------As a living sacrifice,
So our sins could be washed away and we could be made whole and pure once more.
Make the change,
Build up the faith, and breathe a new life, because once you encounter the love of God you are never the same!
