Silent One.

The silent one who wonders the halls,
He hardly looks up and ignores many calls.
He avoids fights and brawls,
and never acknowledge the yelling in the hall.

The teachers and students are confused at why,
He sits at the table farthest to the side.
He chooses this option,
Maybe he is dreaming of a new concoction.

What does he do when he gets home?
Does he struggle with homework and sit alone.
Some people think that he doesn’t care.
He would if he could, but he’s just too scared.

The silent one who wonders the halls,
He almost makes a noise, but it comes out stalled.
Then it gets brushed off like white noise by the falls.
It is diffused by thunderous applause

What if the problem isn’t with him,
But by the population that he is in?
Maybe he is screaming for attention,
But no one would get connection.

No one can describe him,
Because nobody will listen.
It’s all a misconception,
So go ask him a question!

This poem is really good and it reminds me sooo much of this kid in class who's really quiet. Keep writing!
