Yellow
I am yellow
I am the yellow light that gleamed on my face when my nephew was born
I am the yellow of my favorite fruit, which is mango and
The yellow of a beautiful sunny day illuminating the city
I am the yellow brightness of life that God has given to me
However, I am not the yellow of melted butter on a piece of bread
Nor the yellow of a bitter lemon, or the silky fur of a cat
But the yellow of fragrant sunflowers in perfect harmony between nature and me
I am yellow, yellow, just yellow
