Would it be okay to state,
The immorality of your ways.
It tends to intervene.
Now my initial self,
Will never be the same
since you walked in,
with such an impact ---
I fell for you.
I am immune to your laugh now,
Indeed.
I am immune to your scent.
But would it be safe to say...
If this disease returned
With that same impact,
Would I succumb to those same hypocritical eyes,
I once idolized, so short ago
Back on the road...a few miles back
