while trying to get through my chest

why? do i always laugh harder
at front of him
why? do i look away & feel butterflies
when he looks my way
why? cant i speak to him
because i feel id make a fool out of myself
why? cant i get him out of my mind
when im in algebra
why? do i always look forward to
school when i hate it but there's a chance ill see him
& why? do i want his eyes to land on mine
to walk to me and say that he has noticed
what i feel for him & that he feels that way too
but why? do i always doubt myself
and say that fairytale ending wouldn't happen

its love from first sight
