I cannot write poetry

I cannot write poetry,
my rhythm is all wrong,
I can’t make a simple rhyme,
nor a simple song,
I try and fail every time,
I’ll never get it right,
I seem like every Christian,
blinded by the light,
I cannot write poetry,
But u cannot see,
Leave me and my failure,
leave and let us be,
I cannot write poetry,
no matter how I try,
if you have not seen this yet,
this poem is a lie.
