Waiting, Always difficult
More so since he’s fading
Slowly, Quickly time runs together.
I love you
Like water, evaporating without a trace
He didn’t know me, I’m beyond recognition to him
I love you
He’s already gone, so quick I couldn’t say good bye
I’m lost, I’m a puppy in a strange world
I walk, talk, eat; but not consciously
It’s like living in water, slow, sad.
I love you
“I love you”, three little words
Yet I came unhinged
Sobbing, waiting for my daddy
