In the never-ending hills of the Blue Ridge
A beauty consoles my soul.
Mysticism consumes me,
And I discover my shelter.

As the mount of the Sassafras fades into elusive oblivion,
And the sapphire haze overwhelms my mortality,
I am gloriously awakened.
Older than time and everything I know,
It is in these peaks of divinity,
That the poetry of my heart,
And the lyrics of my spirit
Come alive in 7empyreal radiance.

Wars fought and loves lost,
The tears of a humanity’s past
Cascade the otherworldly rocks
In the waterfalls of forever.

In this ethereal rendezvous,
Where the earth and sky collide,
I destroy my anonymity,
I define my place in the universe.

I am nothing.

How insipid is our existence,
Facing this unworldly manifestation of sanctity?
My spirit is emancipated,
And I become one with the world.

I am immortal.
