Batter up!
I step up to the plate.
My teammates on 2nd and 3rd.
The ball flies out of the pitchers hand,
I swing the bat
The ball soars into the air.
The opposite team players run after the ball.
I turn the corner for home
The excitement fills the crowd
Home Run!
Players come out to greet me
Crowd roars with excitement!
And a victory for us, I’m a hero
