Friends 'till the end

We aren’t normal
No, not normal at all
We only like to babble
And play games in the hall

From singing in the car
To gazing at the stars
We never drift far
We are who we are

We love to be crazy
We love to dance
We can be very noisy
Apart from each other we’ve got no chance

Don’t know exactly what brought us together
But then again, it don’t really matter
Each of us so different
Each of us so very unique
One moment so pleasant
The next we are freaks
But we are what we are
So take a peek

Friday nights for driving around
Saturday nights for movies
Three girls stuck in a small town
Want to get out, sooner the better
But then we remember all we’ve got
We have each other
No need to be distraught

Long afternoons in the coffee shop
Say we’re studying
I think not
Talking about life
And making memories
Causing everyone else’s strife
We have our enemies
But we are who we are
And we shine like stars

Too many inside jokes to tell
I could start with the locker
Or bidding farewell
Or what about the time we decided to be bakers
To say the least it didn’t turn out well
But we are who we are
Try to change that, and we’ll give you hell

We laugh together
We cry together
Through the very worst
and through the better

Just three girls joined at the hip
Don’t care ‘bout the way people glare at us
Just tell them to get a grip
Deep down they know they are only jealous
We do as we like
And we go where we please
Best friends ‘till we’re little old grannies
