Everything we had just blew away
Blew away like rain on a dark day
What happened to us?
Did we lose contact?
I saw you from the first day
You and I knew it from the start
We had everything planned out
I did regret what I had said
I was not good enough
The rain trickling on the window
Is a reminder
Of what I missed in this world
The world of deep dark shadows
Withering in the closet
Of my room
Scattered on the floor
And what do I live for now?
I have already found what I wanted
And it's not you
