Shattered
I have to be strong,
And I have to move on.
That is a challenge.
Putting yourself back together after being shattered by a loved ones death.
For some it takes years, others months… Weeks… Days.
For me, I must re-glue myself quickly.
Because so many need to see me still moving,
So they can keep moving.
Death can’t hold one back forever.
So why linger in the shadows it brings?
