counterfiet contentment

By , aurora, OR
Let me drown in the never ending darkness
And choke on the bitterness of reality
Let me escape into oblivion
Where life begins again
And we are reborn from the grass and soil
That takes the place of our withering bones
We may see the world again, but only for a moment
Until it begins to crumble beneath our feet
And we realize heaven is just make believe
