Glass
I am on the outside looking in.
Watching you pull farther and farther away.
Wishing I could read lips and know what you are shouting about.
Hoping that one day you will turn-
Turn and see me.
You are on the inside looking out.
Wondering why I cant realize that the glass is tinted.
Thinking, its not my fault I’m trapped.
So what if you cant see me.
You can hear me.
Break the glass.
No! you shout. You cant leave your bubble.
Your perfect world.
No!
So you refuse to see me. Fine.
Why cant I refuse to see you
